摘要
为了提高运动生物力学的教学效果,通过文献资料法、对比分析法,对实验计算法在运动生物力学教学中的应用进行研究。结果表明:实验计算法能发挥学生学习的主动性,激发学生的求知欲;有效促进学生掌握运动生物力学知识和运动技术规律;培养了学生发现问题、分析问题、解决问题的能力;有利于教师及时获得学生学习信息,便于教师在教学中把握目标,控制教学过程。
In order to improve the teaching of the biomechanics, the paper studied the experimental calculation application in sports biomechanics teaching by literature and comparative analysis methods. The results showed that the experiment calculation could exert learning initiative and stimulate students desire for knowledge, effectively promote the students to master knowledge of hiomeehanies and law of sports technology, train the students abilities of identifing and analyzing and solving problems, help the teachers to get the learning information of students and facilitate teachers to control teaching goals and process.
