摘要
运用流体动力学软件FLUENT,采用非结构化网格技术对不同操作参数下微泡发生器内的流场进行了分析对比,结果表明:在其他参数不变的情况下,过低的喷嘴入口速度将使吸气管处产生回流现象;随着喷嘴入口速度的增大,紊动能的最大值随之增大;喷嘴入口速度越大,工作压力越大;随着背压的增大,充气速率下降,最大工作压力缓慢增大。
As a core part of flotation column,micro-bubble generator is the major research emphasis in the design of flotation column.Based on the technology of non-structure grid the flow field of micro-bubble generator is analyzed and contrasted in different operating parameter of nozzle condition using FLUENT.The result indicates that in the given condition of other parameter,the less velocity of nozzle entrance will bring backflow in the aspirator pipe,and the maximum turbulence kinetic energy will increase with the increasing of the velocity of nozzle entrance.In addition,the work pressure will become larger when the velocity of nozzle entrance increasing.The inspiration velocity will decline and maximum work pressure will increase slowly with the back pressure increasing.
