摘要 以滇东北地区高硫煤原煤筛分后的<0.5 mm级煤样作为试验入料,对Falcon离心分选机的分选效果进行了研究,并比较了高梯度磁选机、浮选机、Falcon离心分选机、螺旋分选机四种分选设备的脱硫效果。结果表明,Falcon离心分选机分选效果最好,是高硫煤煤泥脱硫的有效设备。 Falcon concentrator is one of the new centrifugal separators developed in recent years with these important design features: a lower operating cost,a lower size of separation,a higher accurateness of separation,and being convenient of operating and adjustment.-0.5mm raw high-sulfur coal in Northeast of Yunnan Province was researched as sample.The actual performances of Falcon separator were obtained and the desulfurization results of Falcon separator test were compared with those of high intensity magnetic separator,flotation machine and spiral separator.The results showed that Falcon separator had a better desulfurization effect.It is an effective way for the desulfurization of high-sulfur fine coal.
