经皮腰椎间盘摘除术中远期疗效随访分析

目的探讨经皮腰椎间盘摘除术（PLD）的远期疗效以及影响因素。方法对925例PLD病例进行总结分析，随访观察指标，采用中华骨科学脊柱学组腰背痛手术评定标准。对随访3～5年487例做中期疗效分析；对随访6～8年237例病例做远期疗效分析。结果724例得到完整随访资料。PLD中期优良率为84．60％，远期优良率为73．84％；以坐骨神经麻痹症状为主的患者治疗效果差。结论PLD中、远期疗效肯定，严重并发症极少，尤其值得在基层医院推广。选择好适应证、预防并发症是基础。

Patients mainly having sciatic nerve paralysis carried poor response rate Conclusion PLD carries satisfactory mid - and long - term prognosis and has less serious complications. It is worthwile for clinically popularized and the cornerstone is to choose indication and to prevent complication.
