文中介绍了在机场登机桥设备中如何应用触摸屏与嵌入式PC系统的组合,解决由原先继电器控制方式带来的登机桥设备操作不直观、设备故障诊断难度高、设备信息化管理难的一系列问题。使用触摸屏建立设备操作员与设备之间的友好界面,在保留登机桥设备原有电气控制要求的基础上,使用嵌入式PC系统来简化原先的继电器控制方式,提高设备控制的集成度,便于设备的维护和信息化管理。通过该研究与应用,对推进机场机电设备的易操作性、易维护性、信息的集中管理有一定的参考价值,同时也提高了登机桥设备的航班保障能力。

This paper describes how to use the Touchscreen and Embedded PC System as an equipment for the airport boarding bridges device. Thus solving the original relay control method problems of the boarding bridge, i.e. the operation of equipment is not intuitive, and the equipment fault diagnosis is very difficult, e- quipment information management is difficult etc. We use the touchscreen to establish a good interface be- tween the equipment operators and the equipment, while retaining the original boarding bridge electrical con- trol equipment requirements, we use Embedded PC systems to simplify the original relay control method to im- prove the integration of device control, so as to facilitate equipment maintenance and information management. Through the study and application, we obtained some knowledge of reference value to promote the easiness of mechanical and electrical equipment, to get easy maintenance, centralized management of information of the airport. It also increases the support capabilities of the flight boarding bridge equipment.
