间歇性外斜视术后立体视功能的重建

The study on the re-build of stereoscopic vision after intermittent exotropia surgery

目的探讨间歇性外斜视术后立体视功能重建情况。方法用同视机及《立体视觉检查图》检查术后不同时期立体视功能。结果术后6个月内远立体视功能恢复正常者47例,近立体视功能仅3例恢复黄斑中心凹立体视觉。结论间歇性外斜视远立体视功能易于破坏,但易于重建,近立体视功能不易破坏,但破坏后不易重建。

Objective To evaluate the re-build of stereoscopic vision after intermittent exotropia surgery. Methods Synopyophore and atlas of stereoscopic vision were used to examine the postoperative stereoscopic vision in different periods. Results 47 cases recovered far stereoscopic vision and only 3 cases recovered near stereoscopic vision of fovea centralis after 6 months of postoperative. Conclusion The far stereoscopic vision of intermittent exotropia is easy to be spoiled, but is easy to be re-built. The near stereoscopic vision is hard to be spoiled ,but is hard to be re-buih.
