白内障摘出人工晶状体植入后迟发性葡萄膜炎临床观察

Clinical observation of delayed uveitis after implantation of intraocular lens

目的探讨人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的治疗及病因。方法回顾性分析26例(32眼)人工晶状体植入术后迟发性葡萄膜炎的发病原因。进行了散瞳、结膜下注射地塞米松等综合治疗。结果自身免疫反应为主因,视疲劳、身体劳累、糖尿病、感冒等可能为诱因。本组经综合治疗视力恢复较好。结论本病可能为免疫复合物介导的葡萄膜炎症,及时正确的治疗可恢复较好视力。

Objective To investigate the treatment of delayed uveitis after intraocular lens（IOL） implantation. Methods Retrospectively analyzed 26 cases （32 eyes） of delayed uveitis. They were treated by pupil dilation, subconjunctival dexamethasone. Resuits Autoimmunity were the main causes. After treatment, most of the patients got good results. Conclusion The immune complex is considered as the factor of delayed uveitis. The prognosis depends on the early active treatment.
