摘要
通过分析25T型客车组成的旅客列车、高速动车组和飞机的现有供餐模式,提出在新一代高速动车组上参照飞机配餐方式给旅客配置定员一餐的必要性,并通过计算分析,来确定厨房相关设备的设计。
This article explains the necessity of supplying one meal for each passenger in the new generation of high speed EMU through analyzing the accommodation mode of passengers train set formed by 25T coachs, existing EMU and airline service, at same time determines the desigh of the kitchen equipments of the new generation high-speed EMU according to suitable calculations.
