This paper analyzes and summarizes the practical situation of the suppliers of EMU components and the weakness in the management of suppliers. Using the advanced management experience from abroad for referrence, this paper proposes the concept of establishing stable supply chain for EMU. It will be focussed on ＂harmoniousness rationality and balance＂, to improve and optimize the management, thus to realize the aim.. ＂introducing and optimizing the advanced management mode from Europe, to solve the botteneek of quality control, and to estrablish a stable supply chain＂.
