摘要
针对12V280ZJ柴油机在某些方面存在的一些问题,提出改进方案:通过延长排气门关闭段,并加大关闭段后期的开度,以加强排气重叠期,增强对气缸和排气门的扫气,来解决排气温度和排气门温度偏高问题;将标定工况时的供油提前角向后推移2°凸轮转角,解决了部分负荷工况供油率偏低、油耗高等问题。经过在280单缸柴油机上的试验,试验结果达到了预计目标。
For the problems in 12V280ZJ performance, this paper proposes some improvement schemes: one is delaying the exhaust valve closure and increasing the opening of the exhaust valve closure period, so increasing the cylinder exhaust overlapping period and scavenging, to resolve the high exhaust-gas and high exhaust valve temperature; The other is delaying the injection timing 2 degree (camshaft angle) when the engine diesel is in full load, which can resolve the low rate of fuel supply and BSFC. After the performance test in 280 single-cylinder diesel, the results met the expected goal.
