摘要
主要以建立柴油机动力学虚拟样机为途径,使用内燃机动力学模拟软件GT-CRANK对机车用16V240ZJ型柴油机曲轴系统进行动力学建模。对比在不同润滑油温度下,柴油机主轴承润滑性能的变化规律,进而确定相对较理想的润滑油温度,为机车柴油机的改进设计提供参考。
This paper tries to build the dynamics model of one kind of 16V240 diesel engine using an engine dynamics simulation PC software named GT-CRANK with the method of virtual prototype technology. By comparising the diesel engine journal bearing performance's change rules under the different temperatures of the lubrication oil, this paper provides the reference for improvement design of the locomotive diesel engine.
