摘要
通过对生活垃圾卫生填埋场BOT项目监管现状及存在问题的分析,提出了该类项目进行第三方监管的新模式,并对监管的内容及注意问题进行了探讨。
Current situation and existing problems of BOT project supervision and management for domestic waste sanitary landfill sites were analyzed. The new mode of third-party supervision and management of such project was put forward. Contents and problems should be concerned of supervision and management were discussed.
