摘要
从环境污染事故中分析了我国环境法运行中存在的问题,简述了我国环境法的思想及现状,针对其在运行过程中有待完善的内容,提出针对性的措施。
Existing problems in implementation of environment laws in China were analyzed according to environmental pollution accidents. Ideas and status of environment laws in China were expounded. The countermeasures were put forward for contents that need to improve in implementation of environment laws in China.
