１９６３年Ｂｅｒｇ应用免疫吸附技术研究不同个体间脂蛋白差异时发现一种新的抗原，它在血浆中的浓度受单基因控制，按免疫基因学命名为脂蛋白（ａ）［Ｌｐ（ａ）］。Ｌｐ（ａ）分子量（４～６）×１０６，密度１．０５０～１．１２ｇ／ｍｌ，基因位于６号染色体长臂。Ｌ...
