缺血性脑血管病患者血清NO水平变化及自由基损伤 被引量:10

摘要 目的探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血清一氧化氮(NO)水平变化及其与氧自由基的关系。方法检测22例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)、37例脑梗塞、42例脑动脉硬化患者血清NO及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,并与30例健康人对照分析。结果与健康对照组比较,TIA组血清NO水平呈显著性升高(P<0.01),脑梗塞组无明显变化,脑动脉硬化组则有显著性降低(P<0.01);与脑动脉硬化组比较,脑梗塞组血清NO水平呈显著性升高(P<0.01);各患者组血清SOD水平均显著低于健康对照组,而MDA含量则显著高于健康对照组(P<0.01)。结论在缺血性脑损伤发展过程中,NO起重要作用,并与氧自由基存在一定的相互关系,尚需进一步研究。目的探讨缺血性脑血管病患者血清一氧化氮(NO)水平变化及其与氧自由基的关系。方法检测22例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)、37例脑梗塞、42例脑动脉硬化患者血清NO及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平,并与30例健康人对照分析。结果与健康对照组比较,TIA组血清NO水平呈显著性升高(P<0.01),脑梗塞组无明显变化,脑动脉硬化组则有显著性降低(P<0.01);与脑动脉硬化组比较,? Objective to study the changes in serum nitric oxide (NO) level in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease and their relationship with oxygen free radical. Methods the levels of NO,superoxide dismutase (SOD)and malonaldehyde (MDA)in sera of 22 patients with transient ischemic attack (group TIA),37 patients with cerebral infraction (group CI),42 patients with cerebral atherosclerosis (group CA)and 30 healthy persons (control group)were determined and the results were analysed. Results As compared with the control group,the NO level in serum of group CI showed no obvious change,but in group TIA it was significantly higher ( P <0 01)and in group CA significantly lower( P <0 01).The serum NO level of group CI was significantly higher than that of group CA ( P <0 01)and the serum SOD of groups TIA,CI and CA were significantly lower and the MDA levels Significantly higher than those of the control group ( P <0 01). Conclusions NO plays an important role in the development of ischemic cerebral injury and is correlated with the oxygen free radical.
