江苏省1990年—1992年主要恶性肿瘤死亡率相关分析

Correlation Analysis of Major Malignant Neoplasms in Jiangsu Province from 1990 to 1992

〔目的〕为了探讨恶性肿瘤间的相关关系。［方法］在江苏省1990年—1992年的1／10人口死因回顾调查的基础上，对江苏省各主要恶性肿倡世界标化死亡率进行相关分析。［结果］胃癌与食管癌死亡率男女均呈正相关，胃癌与肺癌死亡率呈负相关。男性食管癌与肺癌是负相关，女性大肠癌与乳腺癌呈正相关。［结论］某些恶性肿瘤呈正相关可能由于某些共同致癌因素存在，而胃癌与肺癌间里负相关，可能由于各地间社会经状况不均衡有关。

[Purpose] To Study conrrelation of world standard mortalities of some major cancers in Jiahgsu province. [Methods]The Present study analysecl correlation of world standard mortalites of some major malignant neoplasms in eight areas, making up one -tenth population of Jiangsu province from 1990 to 1992. [Results]Stomach cancer was positively correlated with esophageal cancer in both sexes, whereas the esophgeal cancer in male and the stomach cancer in both sexes were negatively correlated with lung cancer, breast cancer was positively correlated with colorectal cancer in female. [Conclusion] Among some malignant neoplasms there were positive correlation, that may reflect certain etiologic association.
