摘要 聚γ-谷氨酸是一种由微生物合成水溶性的生物可降解性的新型高分子材料,广泛应用于农业、医药、食品、日化等许多领域,是一种公认的极具发展潜力的绿色化学产品。聚γ-谷氨酸作为肥料增效剂,在改良土壤结构,提高土壤持水保肥能力,减少对环境造成的污染,缓释化学肥料方面能产生良好的作用,具有显著的社会效益、经济效益和环境效益。介绍了聚γ-谷氨酸及作为复合肥增效剂的性能特点、生产方法、国内进展和应用前景,并对国内今后聚γ-谷氨酸及其增效复合肥的发展提出了一些建议。 Poly-γ-glutamic acid(PGA) is a new type of microbially synthesized water-soluble polymer material that can be biologically decomposed.It is extensively applied in the agricultural,pharmaceutical,food,daily chemical and other fields,and is a commonly recognized green chemical product with great potential.When used as a fertilizer synergist,PGA can provide excellent performance in improving the soil structure,enhancing the soil's water and fertilizer retention ability,minimizing environmental pollution,and controlled release of chemical fertilizer,and offer significant social,economic and environmental benefits.The performance features,production methods,domestic progress and application prospect of PGA as a compound fertilizer synergist are outlined,and the suggestions for the future development of PGA and its synergized compound fertilizer in China are provided.
