Regarding critical equipment in the wet-process phosphoric acid plant,and based on the actual production practice by a compound fertilizer plant,the failure occurred during the operation of agitator blade in the extraction tank and its harmfulness is outlined,the reasons of detachment or failure of agitator shaft and blade are analyzed,and solutions and countermeasures are proposed.
