摘要
吸收塔是电厂烟气脱硫装置中的关键设备,倒装法由于在降低费用、缩短工期、减少高空作业量、不受场地限制等方面具有显著的优点,因而在吸收塔的施工技术中被广泛采用。介绍了倒装工艺、安装要点及质量控制,认为有推广价值。
The absorber is a piece of critical equipment in the flue gas desulfurization unit of power plant.With prominent advantages such as reduced cost,shortened construction period,reduced work at height,and no limitation of site,the reverse installation method is extensively used in the construction of absorber.The reverse installation process,installation highlights and quality control are outlined.It is considered to be worthy of promotion.
