摘要
文章通过对通信电源系统可靠性分析过程的重新整理,理顺高低压配电、楼层配电至UPS、开关电源系统整个环节的可靠性评估计算过程;将取值与计算体系化、规范化、可操作。通过该可靠性评估体系可以计算出各种类型的通信生产楼的市电不可用度、开关电源系统的不可用度、UPS系统的不可用度,对制约整个生产楼的可靠性瓶颈进行突出显示,为进一步的优化和改造提供数据支撑,提高供电可靠性和降低运行风险。
In this paper, by reorganizing the reliability analysis of telecom power system, the high and low voltage power distribution, floor distribution to the UPS and reliability assessment calculation of switching mode power supply system are straightened out. With this reliability evaluation system, electricity unavailability of various communication buildings, switching mode power supply system unavailability and UPS system unavailability are calculated. The bottlenecks that restrict the reliability of whole production floor are highlighted. Data support is provided for further optimization and improvement. So that the reliahility is improved and operation risks are reduced.
