体育专业大学生和普通大学生Wingate及HUR测力台无氧能力测试的分析研究 被引量:5

摘要 为了解体育专业学生和普通学生无氧能力的差异,不同无氧测试方法的特点和互相关系,采用MONARK894E无氧功率自行车和HUR测力台对27名体育专业男大学生和10名普通学生无氧功能进行测试,测试学生纵跳、10s和30s的无氧能力,收集最大功率、平均功率等指标。体育专业学生不同无氧测试输出功率均高于普通学生,不同专业体育生无氧能力指标无显著差异,无氧功率自行车和HUR测力台测试的最大输出功具有显著正相关。体育专业学生无氧能力强于普通学生,不同专项体育大学生无氧能力无显著差别,测力台测试结果可以预测大学生较长时间的无氧能力。 Objective: To investigate difference between physical education mojors and ordinary college students in anaerobic capacity, and analyze the characteristics and relationships of different anaerobic test methods. Method: 27 physical education mojors and 10 ordinary college students were studied to obtain the data such as peak power, average power and other index from vertical jump, 10s and 30s wingate test. Result: compared with ordinary college students, anaerobic capacity of physical education mojors were higher and they had no difference among different major in anae- robic capacity, the peak power tested by anaerobic bicycle ergometer had significant correlation with which tested by HUR force platform. Conclusion: anaerobic capacity of physical education rnojors were much stronger than that of ordinary college students and there were no difference among different major of physical education mojors in anaerobic capacity,long-time anaerobic capacity could be predicted by the result of HUR force platform test.
