高压氧对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病脑组织匀浆中SOD、GSH-PX及MDA的影响

Effects of Hyperbaric Oxygenation on Newborn Rats with Hypoxicischemic Encephalopathy

目的：探讨高压氧（ＨＢＯ）对新生大鼠缺氧缺血性脑病（ＨＩＥ）的影响。方法：将７日龄ＳＤ新生大鼠随机分为对照组、ＨＩＥ组和ＨＢＯ治疗组。在实验第７天后处死动物。测定病侧脑组织匀浆超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量。结果：（１）ＨＩＥ模型组ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活力明显低于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０００３，Ｐ＜０．００６），而ＭＤＡ含量显著高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．００３）；（２）ＨＩＥ组ＨＢＯ治疗１周后，脑组织中ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活力明显高于未治疗ＨＩＥ组（Ｐ＜０．０００３，Ｐ＜０．００６），而ＭＤＡ含量低于未治疗ＨＩＥ组（Ｐ＜０．００３）。结论：ＨＢＯ能增加ＨＩＥ脑组织内自由基清除酶类的活力。

Objective:To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) on newborn SD rats with hypoxicischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The newborn rats were randomized into control group,HIE group and HIE treated with HBO group.The rats were then killed and contents of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA in cerebral homogenate were measured.Results:(1)SOD,GSH-PX activity of HIE were lower than that of control group( P <0.003);(2)SOD,GSH-PX activity in HIE rats treated by HBO became higher than of HIE,MDA value was lower.Conclusion:HBO can decrease the production of the oxygen derived free radicals in brain after HIE.
