冷血及晶体心肌麻痹液与肌浆网钙泵功能改变

摘要 目的:评价冷血心肌麻痹液(CBC)及心肌温度与晶体心肌麻痹液(CC)心肌保护效果的关系。方法:采用离体工作鼠心模型,对CBC及CC停搏120min心功能、超微结构、心肌肌浆网(SR)Ca2+-ATPase活性及Ca2+摄取的保护效果进行了研究。结果:8℃CBC对心功能、超微结构、SRCa2+-ATPase活性及Ca2+摄取保护效果优于16℃CBC及8℃CC组,16℃CBC与8℃CC之间保护效果差异无显著意义。结论:8℃CBC心肌保护有效性与释氧和降低心肌代谢作用有关。 Objective:The aim of this study was to evaluate the myocardial protective efficicacy attained by myocardial temperature during cold blood(CBC) and crystalloid cardioplegia(CC).Method:Isolated working rat heart was used to assess the changes of cardiac function,ultrastructure,sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR) Ca 2+ -ATPase activity and Ca 2+ uptake following 120 minutes of cold blood or crystalloid cardioplegic arrest and reperfusion.Result:Cold blood cardioplegia with myocardial temperature maintained at 8 ℃ CC,whereas the protective efficacy was similar between 16 ℃ CBC and 8 ℃ CC.Conclusion:Benefites of providing oxygen for arrested heart by cold blood cardioplegia(8 ℃) would still play in role and superiority of CBC to CC may be of temperature dependece.
