成渝经济区的城市土地集约利用评价及时空特征分析

The Evaluation of Urban Land Intensive Utilization and the Analysis of the Spatia-temporal Features in Cheng-Yu Economy Zone

以成渝经济区10个具有代表性的城市为例,通过从投入强度、利用程度、经济效益、社会效益和生态效益五个方面来构建城市土地集约利用评价指标体系,采用熵值法确定指标权重,再用综合分析法对这10个城市2000年至2007年以来的土地利用集约度进行综合评价.根据评价结果,运用Spearman秩相关系数法分析其时间变化特征,并总结分析其空间变化特征.在此基础上总结出成渝经济区各城市土地集约度时空变异的原因,并提出经济区未来发展相关建议.

By the way of land intensive use is the only way to alter the economic style and development of China. As the case study of Cheng-Yu Economy Zone, through constructing an evaluation system of urban land intensive utilization, this paper constructs an overall appraisal of urban land intensive utilization of ten cities in Cheng-Yu Economy Zone during the recent 8 years from 2000 to 2007 by adopting the method of entropy to determine weight of index. According to the appraisal result, this paper gives a temporal feature analysis by applying the method of Spearman rank relation coefficient, and gives spatial feature analysis. The article ends with a conclusion of the cause that the cities of Cheng-Yu Economy Zone occur spatia-temporal variance of urban land intensive utilization, and then gives some suggestions on future development of economic zone.
