农民工社会保障需求差异性研究——基于苏州、深圳调查数据的分析

Diversity of Migrant Workers' Demand for Social Security——Analysis of Survey Data in the Cities of Suzhou and Shenzhen

利用深圳、苏州两市的农民工调研数据,针对农民工在年龄、文化程度、收入水平、进城工作时间和长远打算方面的分化,分析了农民工社会保障需求的差异性,提出构建分层分类的农民工社会保障制度、重视农民工中弱势群体的社会保障问题、提高农民工参保率等对策建议。

Using survey data of migrant workers collected in the cities of Suzhou and Shenzhen,this paper mainly studies the diversity of migrant workers＇ demand for social security according to their difference in age, educational level ,income level ,working years in city and long plan for the future. Based on the analysis, some suggestions and measures are put forward, such as that migrant workers＇ social security system should be established depending on their different classification, the vulnerable groups of the migrant workers should be paid attention to and the insured rate of the migrant workers should be expanded.
