社区银行模式辨析

Analysis of the Mode of Community Bank

社区银行作为一种经营模式是理论界与实务界共同关注的热点。从内涵上讲社区银行并不仅仅是大型商业银行的微缩版,而是与传统的商业银行有着本质的区别。本文从社区银行的组织管理、审贷标准、业务经营等方面对社区银行的本质做了分析,并在此基础上指出了社区银行模式对传统商业银行信贷管理的影响及对城区农信社发展的启示。

Based on Heilongjiang Province＇ s input-output data in 2002,this paper analyzed rippling effect of the province＇ s livestock husbandry, defined its status in reorganizing the structure of agricultural industries and developing national economy, and revealed the characteristics of its livestock husbandry. The results indicated ： The impact of livestock husbandry＇ s influence and sensitivity in 6 agricultural sectors is up in partial in Heilongjiang. When it comes to the relationship between the livestock husbandry and planting industry,we can tell that the influence of live- stock husbandry is greater than planting industry and its sensitivity is less than plant industry;Livestock husbandry has the same characteristics as capital-intensive industries in Heilongjiang, but its performance isn＇t obvious in increasing the employment.
