健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗酒精性脂肪肝32例观察

Effect of strengthening spleen,reducing phlegm and stasis-dispelling recipe in alcoholic hepatic steatosis:a survey of 32 cases

目的观察健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法63例酒精性脂肪肝患者随机分为治疗组32例,对照组31例,治疗组口服中药煎剂200 ml,每日2次;对照组口服脂必妥4片,每日3次。2组均治疗3个月。比较血脂、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶及总有效情况。结果健脾化痰祛瘀法能显著降低酒精性脂肪肝患者血清总胆固醇、三酰甘油、丙氨酸氨基转氨酶,与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率(93.8%)明显高于对照组(77.4%),2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾化痰祛瘀法治疗酒精性脂肪肝有较好疗效。

Aim To explore the effect of strengthening spleen, reducing phlegm and stasis-dispelling recipe in treating alcoholic hepatic steatosis. Methods 63 patients with alcoholic hepatic steatosis were randomized into treatment group（32 cases） and control group（31 cases）. The treatment group was given the Chinese herb recipe （ strengthening spleen, reducing phlegm and stasis-dispelling recipe ） , twice a day, while control patients took Zhibituo tablets, three times a day. Three months later, blood-lipid, general cholesteral, triglycerid, AST,ALT and effective rate of both groups were tested. Results Tests indicated statistically significant difference on the readings and effective rate between the two groups（P 〈： 0.05 ）. Conclusions Strengthening spleen,reducing phlegm and stasis-dispelling recipe has better effects in treating alcoholic hepatic steatosis.
