Strengthening Concealed Moral Education for Higher Vocational Students

高职院校的辅导员应该将管理与班级活动有机建构,加强隐性德育教育的效果。也就是要将德育教育融入各种文体活动,如班干部和团干部的选拔以及日常管理活动中去,有效增强德育教育的实效性。由此,指出高职学生隐性德育教育的措施。

Counselors in higher vocational colleges should combine management and class activities organically to strengthen the effect of concealed moral education .It means that putting moral education into various activities of recreation and sports,such as the select of class cadre and league cadre,as well as the daily management activity to strengthen the acntal effect of moral education.Therefore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of concealed moral education for higher vocational students.
