防洪堤工程的施工质量直接决定着堤防两岸人民的生命、财产安全,因此其施工质量控制措施的分析就显得尤为重要。结合大凌河朝阳城区段防洪工程第一标段防洪堤施工全过程的实例,从施工前、施工中等方面分析了施工质量控制措施,对于同类工程,提供参考。
