摘要
食品专业的学科特点决定了教学体系的优化、教学环节与教学方法的优化和加强配套教材建设等几方面是"无机与分析化学"课程体系构建与优化的关键。
Focusing on the reconstructuring and improving of teaching contents, curriculum design and optimization are explored for inorganic and analytical chemistry curriculum system in Food Science Major based on the characteristics of food science major so as to train high-quality, innovative food science and technology personnel.
