摘要
探讨精神分裂症敌对性与精神病理及其它相关因素的关系，预防暴力行为及低社会攻击反应的发生。方法对５５例精神分裂症进行了敌对性与２２种变量的相关分析。结果敌对性与猜疑、幻觉和思维逻辑障碍的相关程度最高（ｒ＝０．３１～０．６１），与焦虑、夸大和心境抑郁等情绪障碍也存在低度相关。结论猜疑、幻觉和思维逻辑障碍是激发敌对性，从而发生暴力行为的主要因素，情绪障碍与敌对性也互为因果，应进一步研究。
Objective To study the relationship between aggressiveness and psychopathology and other related factors in schizophrenia to prevent violent and undersocialized aggressive behaviors.Method To analyse the relationship between agressiveness and 22 variables in 55 schizophrenics.Results Aggressiveness was highly related to symptoms of suspicion,hallucinations and logic disorders(r=0.31～0.61).It was also related to symptoms of anxiety,grandeur and depression at lower degree.Conclusion The symptoms of suspicion,hallucinations and logic disorders are main factors to induce agressiveness and violent behaviors.Affective disorders and agressiveness are related to each other and should be further studied.
