摘要
文中通过对索马里海盗地理位置、历史背景、国际环境等的分析,从其兴起出发,概括了近年来索马里海盗对世界航运经济的冲击影响。针对近来索马里海盗愈演愈烈的趋势,国际社会纷纷出台相应解决措施以防止海盗问题的扩散。而作为新兴大国之一的中国,更有不可推卸的责任与义务。文中重点描述了索马里海盗对中国航运业的影响、中国采取的应对之策以及其对中国长久发展的意义。
Through the analyses of Somalia＇ s Pirates＇ location, history and global environment the thesis summarizes impact to world＇ s shipping economy which induced by the Somalia＇ s Pirates. Aiming at the heat up of the Somalia＇ s Pirates, the global governments offer proposals as their own. Being the largest developing country in the world, China has the responsibility to solve the troublesome problem. The article gives the prominence to three key points： the impact of China＇ s shipping economy, the resolution and the significance to China＇ future.
