Currently, management of logistics supplier has become a kind of important logistics activity in the enterprise management; different enterprises choice of logistics supplier is according to different standards and has different evaluation factors, in order to find the main evaluation factors to optimize the logistics supplier management, it is needed to set up a faetor fuzzy model to evaluate the key factors of choosing logistics supplier, in the hoping of shortening the time of delivering goods, improving the whole service level, meeting the need of enterprise and improving customers＇ satisfaction.
