在供应链企业中要想发挥薪酬激励员工的的良好效果,就必须设计出一套适合且体现公平性的薪酬管理系统;在其运行过程中,供应链企业要发挥薪酬激励的外部公平、内部公平和个人公平。
If an Supply chain enterprise wants to bring salary stimulation into full play, it must design a suitable salary management system embodying justice. In running the system, it must realize outer justice, inner justice and individual justice of salary stimulation.
