摘要 利用压电陶瓷的压电效应,研究了压电驱动式电气比例阀的动态性能,设计了气缸准确定位的测控系统,确定气缸准确定位的测控方法;测试了精密驱动气缸的位移和负载,绘出了气缸的位移-时间、负载-时间的特性曲线。 The dynamic performance of electric proportion valve driven by piezoelectricity was studied based on the piezoelectricity effect of piezoelectricity china. The testing and controlling system of the air cylinder accurate localization was designed and the method of testing and controlling was discussed. The displacement and load of the accurate air cylinder were measured, and the characteristic curves of displacement-time and load-time of the air cylinder were drawn.
