摘要
以电水动力学的理论为基础,设计制作了一种基于水体动力驱动的新型微马达,这种微马达具有能耗低、结构简单、尺寸小等优点。分别将单体液晶和单体液晶与癸二酸二丁酯的混合液体注入具有4种不同电极结构的微马达,得到了8条转子转速与电压的关系曲线,得出了转速与电压、液体种类、电极结构等关系的一系列结论。
A new type of micro motor driven by electrohydrodynamics was designed and fabricated based on the theory of electrohydrodynamics. It has advantages of low power consumption, simple structure and small size. Two kinds of fluids including liquid crystal and the mixture of liquid crystal and dibutyl sebacate were injected into the micro motors with four different structures of electrodes respectively. The renational corves between the rotate speed of the rotor and the voltage were got, and a series of conclusions of the relationships between rotate speed and voltage, liquid types and structure of electrodes were made.
