摘要
分析了薄板类零件的工艺特点和加工难点,针对薄板类零件加工中的变形,用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行了定量分析。将有限元软件的分析结果,与三坐标测量机的测量结果进行比较,证明了基于有限元分析的误差分析方法是合理的。对加工误差的补偿方法作了简单分析,并提出了研究方案。
Based on the analysis of craft characteristics and machining difficulty of thin-walled parts, the deformation of thinwalled parts during processing was studied quantitatively by ANSYS. The result of finite element analysis was compared with that measured by CMM, it was confirmed that the error analysis method based on FEA was reasonable. The compensation method of process er- ror was analyzed.
