摘要
针对快锻造液压机具有高压、大流量、大运动惯量等特点,提出一种基于灰色预测的智能集成控制算法。采用灰色预测对压机超程进行预测,方便后续选择控制;然后压机根据预测结果选择不同的控制器,以实现液压机精度控制和速度控制。实际运行结果表明,该控制策略能够有效克服压机动作滞后引起的超调问题,具有快速性和准确性。
In view of the characteristics of high pressure, high-volume and large movement of inertia of fast forging hydraulic press, an intelligent integrated control algorithm based on gray prediction model was proposed. The super-way of fast forging hydraulic press was predicted by using gray prediction, the controllers were chosen by the result of prediction to achieve perfect precision and speed control. Running results show that the proposed control strategy can effectively overcome overshooting which caused by delay of press action, and the system has fast and accurate character.
