摘要
为了提高含有液压缸结构的系统受到冲击载荷时仿真准确性,研究了液压油缸的工作原理和液压缸在全行程位置时刚度突变现象,针对液压起竖油缸在全行程位置时的力学特性,建立了油缸的等效力学模型,提出了基于结构动力学的简化建模方法,通过仿真计算验证了该方法能够很好地模拟油缸刚度突变现象。
In order to improve simulation precision of system containing hydraulic cylinder, the principle of hydraulic cylinder and the abrupt change in stiffness were investigated. Aimed at the dynamic characteristics of hydraulic cylinder on the location of whole stroke, equivalent dynamic model was established. A new and simple modeling method for dealing with abrupt change in stiffness when direction of force was changed from tension to pressure or vice versa was proposed based on structural dynamics and it was verified by the simulation.
