某型雷达天线中轴激光测量系统的设计与实现

摘要 针对某型机载火控雷达天线安装完毕后,由于工装面结构复杂,不便于进行安装精度测量的问题,提出了一种以激光射线为基础的间接测量的手段,完成对其安装精度的测量.根据整个系统的测量原理,给出了该测量系统的硬件及软件的实现方法及相应的实验数据.该测量方法可以移植应用于其它精度要求较高、测量角度范围较小的场合. After the antenna of a certain type airborne fire control radar being installed, it is hard to measure the installation accuracy due to the complex configuration of fitting surface. An indirect laser beam-based measurement method was put forward, by which the installation accuracy was measured. The hardware and software implementation scheme and experimental data relating to the measurement system was given, in terms of the measurement principles of the system. The proposed measurement scheme can be transplanted to other occasions where the requirement for accuracy is higher but the range of angle measurement smaller.
