On the Cultural Mechanism Passed Down by the Snow Lotus Spirit

"雪莲精神"是空军雷达学院在多年办学实践中逐步形成的、具有雷达兵特色的大学精神,其内涵是扎根高原、傲霜斗雪、顽强不屈、默默奉献.运用院校研究的方法,以"雪莲精神"的形成与传承为案例,揭示了学校精神从萌芽、提升到传承和发展的阶段性规律,提出了以内化、深化、泛化和感化为基本环节的文化传承机制.

The Snow Lotus Spirit has been gradually developed by Air Force Radar Academy over the past school running practice. It is a sort of academy spirit characterizing the radar soldiers, which implicates that the soldiers are deeply rooted on plateau, never bending to the tough conditions, perseverant and unyielding, and making their contributions dumbly. By exercising the research metbods and taking the Snow Lotus Spirit＇s forming and passing down as a case in the academy, the law of the spirit was opened out, which was being developed from the initial, advancing and passing down as well as developing further in phase, The mechanism culturally passing down was proposed, which is composed of such basic links as internalization, deepening, generalization and impressing.
