微波处理废触媒制备负载型ZnO及结构分析

摘要 利用企业生产醋酸乙烯时产生的废活性炭和其中负载的醋酸锌,通过微波加热活化处理,制得负载型氧化锌粉体。应用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表征了样品的微观结构,采用Rietveld全谱拟合方法对样品的结构参数进行了精修。结果表明,随活化温度越高,ZnO富集在活性炭孔洞中越多。ZnO晶胞参数a=3.2514,c=5.2087,为六方结构,与普通氧化锌相比,晶胞参数有所增大。 Supported-ZnO powders were prepared by microwave heat and activation treatment of zinc acetate sup- ported on waste activated carbon(casted away after production of vinyl acetate). The microstructures of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XAZD) and scanning electron microscope(SEM),the structural parameters were refined with Rietveld (whole-pattern fitting) method. Results of analysis showed that ZnO scattered more in the holes of activated carbon with higher activation temperature, the phase of ZnO crystallizes in hexagonal structure with increased a(3. 2514A) and c(5. 2087A) compared with normal ZnO.
