水性紫外光固化纳米透明隔热涂料的研制 被引量:11

摘要 合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物,添加预制的功能纳米粉体水性浆料,制备了水性紫外光(UV)固化纳米透明隔热涂料。研究表明,水性浆料的平均粒径为27.8nm,添加到预聚物中后涂料的平均粒径为38.8nm;从涂层的综合性能、成本等因素考虑,以隔热粉体的用量为4.2%、涂层厚度为8μm为宜,涂层玻璃的可见光透过率达80%,涂层玻璃比空白玻璃在平衡时的温度降低10℃以上,并具有很好的硬度、耐磨、耐水等基本性能。 Polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized, and then the pre-fabricated function nano-powder wa- ter-based slurry was added in it. The water-borne ultraviolet (UV) curable transparent thermal insulation coatings have been prepared. It showed that the average size o{ water-based slurry artd coating was 27.8nm and 38.8nrru Considering from general performance, cost and other factors of the coating, the best amount of insulation powder was 4. 2%, and the best thickness of coating was 8μm. The visible light transmittance of the coating glass was 80%. when achieve equilibri- um, the glass coated the thermal insulation coating can reduce the temperature more than 10℃ than the blank. There are also many good basic performance of the coating, such as hardncss, wea^resistant, water-resistant and so on.
