摘要 介绍了IGP型高压低噪声内啮合齿轮泵的工作原理,详细分析了该泵在提高承载能力,增大容积效率,降低噪声方面结构上的特点。通过实验研究,分析了其容积效率特性和工作噪声特性,结果表明该泵承载能力大(额定最高工作压力31.5MPa),容积效率高(91%),工作噪声低(60dB),适用于行走机械、组合机床等。 The operating principle of the IGP high pressure low noise internal gear pump was introduced. The structure features of the pump on improving bearing capacity, increasing volumetric efficiency and lowering operating noise were analyzed. The characteristics of volumetric efficiency and operating noise were analyzed through experiments. The experimental results show that the IGP internal gear pump has advantages of high bearing capacity (normal maximum pressure 31.5 MPa), high volumetric efficiency (91%) and low operating noise (60 dB). It is suitable for walking machine and modular machine etc.
