大型定量泵液压油源有级变量节能系统研究

Study on Step Change Energy-saving Control System of Hydraulic Supplies of Constant Pump

提出了在液压伺服系统中采用定量泵代替变量泵实现有级变量节能的方法。介绍了定量泵液压油源有级变量节能控制系统的总体方案、工作原理和系统构成。该系统通过用PLC控制定量泵的流量,取得了较好的节能效果,同时降低了成本。目前,该系统运行良好。

The method of using constant pump instead of variable pump in hydraulic servo system to realize step change energysaving was put forward. The scheme, principle and configuration of this system were introduced. The PLC was used to control the flow of constant pump, good effect of energy-saving was obtained and the cost of the system was reduced.
