摘要
采用声发射和功率测定的多状态测量法,采集多种刀具状态信息,利用目前的公共移动通信网络(GPRS/GSM),对刀具在线监控远程数据进行传输,建立了刀具磨损监控系统的总体方案,并对系统的软硬件进行设计,开发了刀具磨损监控系统。
Muhi-informations of tool condition were acquired using the multi-conditions measure method of acoustic emission and power measuring. The remote monitoring data of tool was transferred on line using public communication network GPRS/GSM. A general scheme of the monitoring system of tool wearing was established. The software and hardware of this system were designed. The monitoring system of tool wearing was developed.
