摘要
提出了一种基于神经网络算法的机床精确定位控制的方法,介绍了系统的软硬件设计及软件的实现流程。该智能定位控制系统以多点控制单元(MCU)为核心,以光栅尺为检测元件,以步进电机为驱动部件,采用基于神经网络算法的控制软件作支持,对机床进行预测定位控制。
A precision position control method of machine tool based on neural network arithmetic was presented. The design of software and hardware and the realization flow of software were introduced. This intelligent position control system uses the micro controller unit as core, the grating ruler as detector, the stepping motor as driving part, the control software based on neural network arithmetic to support the system, it can achieve forecasting positioning control of moving parts of machine tool.
