摘要
采用培养皿发芽法,研究了不同浓度NaCl处理对黑麦、硬粒小麦和小黑麦发芽的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的NaCl对其发芽的影响存在显著差异;低浓度NaCl对其种子萌发的影响较小,高浓度NaCl对种子萌发起抑制作用。NaCl处理对3种小麦的H+-ATP酶活性有一定影响,其中硬粒小麦的酶活性下降幅度最大。黑麦具有较强的耐盐性,小黑麦次之,硬粒小麦耐盐性相对较弱。可见黑麦可以作为小麦作物耐盐性改良的重要种质资源。
The effects of NaCl stress on the germination of S. secales, T. durum and T. triticale were studied by germinating method in culture dishes. The results showed that different Nac1 concentrations had different effects on seed germination. The effect of NaCl in lower concentration was minor,but high NaCl concentration had significant inhibiting effect on seed germination. The salt tolerance of rye was the best followed by triticale,and triticum durum the worst. This suggested that S. secales could be used as a important source in wheat improvement for salt tolerance.
