摘要
介绍了织物防电磁辐射性能测试指标及测试方法,并应用ASTM D4935平面材料电磁波屏蔽效能标准测试方法对防电磁辐射织物进行了测试。通过对实验数据的方差分析与研究,得出防电磁辐射织物的不同处理方法、不锈钢纤维含量、不锈钢纱线嵌织间距对织物屏蔽效能有显著影响。
The test index and test method of anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric are introduced.The fabric's shielding performance is tested by using ASTM D4935anti-electromagnetic radiation tester on planar material standard test methods.Through the variance analysis of experimental data and research,anti-electromagnetic radiation fabric's different treatment methods,the content of stainless steel fiber,and the effect of the space of stainless steel yarn embedded in the fabric on fabric's shielding have obtained.
