摘要
采用电容储能冲击焊,实现铜丝和铝板异种金属的点焊连接,研究了焊接参数电容、充电电压、弹簧拉力、金属丝尖端角度、保护机油对接头质量的影响规律。结果表明:储能冲击焊得到的焊点抗拉强度可达到纯铜丝的87%,满足实用中的力学性能要求;同时,接头断裂形式为混合型断裂,即以韧断为主,并伴随有准解理断裂。
The paper presented the welding results of copper wires and aluminium sheets using capacitor discharge percussion welding. The welding factors had been optimized, including charging voltage, capacitance, force, metallic wire’s angle and oil. The results showed that the capacitor discharge percussion welding could achieve connection successfully on copper wire and aluminium sheet. The maximum tensile strength of joint was close to the tensile strength of copper wire. Meanwhile, the welding joints’ fracture was mixed fracture, which was ductile fracture with quasi-cleavage fracture.
